HELPDESK Brand Design
Help Desk is a local punk band in Madison, WI. What is their problem? IT support — that’s their problem. Yeah, they work 40 hour jobs for a so-so paycheck – so what – they’re still punk, they take off work at 3:00pm sometimes. They still rock mohawks — if their hair would grow that long again.
Help Desk is a fun, high energy punk band and also the band my husband is in. I wanted to redesign their logo and create other items for them. Included is an album cover, two mug designs, tour posters, a media kit and a t-shirt.

Media Kit
Every band needs a media kit so they can submit their information and songs to venues for shows. Helpdesk’s media kit includes their white logo design, bio, album information and where to listen and their tour information.
Experimenting with layout, type size, placement of the tie and some color before deciding on the final logo look.

To keep the design cohesive throughout the branding, the red tie is in each product created. Clean lines and illustrated elements play up the band’s fun personality.
